Zeitplan.io vs Teamdeck
Teamdeck is a complete resource management product: scheduling, timesheets, leave management and reports. Zeitplan.io does one part of that, the schedule, by the day, inside Microsoft Teams, and leaves timesheets and leave requests to the tools you already have.
Teamdeck lets you book people onto projects with hours per day, lets them fill in timesheets against those bookings, manages vacation requests, and reports on utilization and budgets. It is a standalone web app with its own accounts and integrations with calendars, Slack and project tools.

FAQ
How does Zeitplan.io handle vacation?
Public holidays are shown automatically per region. For personal absences, most teams create a project called "Vacation" or "Absence" and assign it like any other project, so it shows up in the overview and the statistics.
Can people request assignments?
There is no request-and-approve workflow. Admins plan, and you can allow people to manage their own assignments. Changes trigger a Teams notification for the person affected.
Is there a free plan?
Zeitplan.io is free for up to 5 users with no time limit. Beyond that it costs $3 per user per month, or $2 with yearly billing.
Try the day-based view with your own team
Zeitplan.io is free for up to 5 users, installs from the Teams app store in a minute and uses the Microsoft 365 accounts you already have.
