Install Zeitplan.io

Zeitplan.io runs inside Microsoft Teams. You can open it as an app on its own or add it as a tab to a channel.

Add the app

1. In Microsoft Teams, open Apps and search for Zeitplan.io.
2. Select Add, or Open if the app is already installed.

You can also open Zeitplan.io in the Teams app store directly.

Add it to a channel

When you add Zeitplan.io as a tab to a channel, you choose what the tab shows:

• the Global Schedule that is shared across your organization, or
• a new schedule just for this channel.

Sign in

The first time you open Zeitplan.io, sign in with your work account. The app then asks for permission to read certain information from your organization’s directory, so you can find colleagues and add them to the schedule.

Tip

Zeitplan.io doesn’t store names or email addresses. They are loaded from Microsoft Graph each time you open the app.
