Subscription and licenses
Free plan
Section titled “Free plan”You can add up to 5 users to your schedules for free. Beyond that, you need one license per user. For example, 10 users need 10 licenses.
The free plan includes the core features. Recurring assignments and the calendar feed are only available on paid plans.
How users are counted
Section titled “How users are counted”Every person you add to a schedule counts toward your licenses. A person who appears in several schedules (the Global schedule and any channel schedules) is counted once.
Archived users don’t count.
Buy a subscription
Section titled “Buy a subscription”Choose a monthly or yearly plan on the pricing page. After you buy, you receive a license key.
Redeem a license key
Section titled “Redeem a license key”- In Zeitplan.io, open Manage subscription.
- Enter your License Key and save.
Change the number of licenses
Section titled “Change the number of licenses”You can change the number of licenses at any time under Manage subscription:
- Additional licenses are charged right away, prorated for the rest of your billing period.
- Fewer licenses take effect with your next billing period.
Cancel or remove
Section titled “Cancel or remove”- Cancel Subscription ends your paid subscription.
- Remove License only removes the license key from your organization. It doesn’t cancel the subscription.
