Global and channel schedules
Zeitplan.io has two types of schedule.
Global schedule
Section titled “Global schedule”The Global schedule is the same for everyone in your organization. Admins can limit who can open it, for example to keep guests from seeing projects and assignments.
Use the Global schedule when everyone in your company may see everyone else’s assignments, which is common in smaller companies.
Channel schedules
Section titled “Channel schedules”A channel schedule is only available to the members of the channel it was created in.
Use channel schedules to plan assignments for a smaller group of people, such as one department.
How licenses are counted
Section titled “How licenses are counted”A person who appears in several schedules, for example in the Global schedule and in two channel schedules, needs only one license. See Subscription and licenses.
